I just had a quick look at Zuji for a SIN-DGN return in late September with SQ and they were S$100 more than the SQ site.

Is there a difference between says Zuji.au and Zuji.sg?

It may have something to do with routing although I have not noticed differences.

I have been looking at return airfares from SIN-SYD early next year and both websites have identical flights and prices.

I'll have to try out the sites you've listed, thanks. I've used flight centre and jetabroad.com and whatever else I find when googling "cheap flights", but I was surprised to see the Amex travel page was cheaper.
eg best price I could find Brisbane to LAX return over Xmas was $5403, but Amex was I think about $700 cheaper. And I presume they would take Amex without a surcharge.

If you are looking for cheap flights online and are expecting to earn FF miles/points, you need to be able to read the fine print of the fare rules to ensure that you are booking in the right class.

SQ offer some cheap fares for say SYD-SIN return but not all booking classes will earn miles. I just checked Australian Travel Agent : Best Flights - discount travel - Travel Agent Australia for a dummy booking and no where did I get the opportunity to closely examine the ticket rules.

This site gives you no details of the fare conditions at all - I went as far as when they want you to register. Webjet gives you more information but will not do itineraries that do not start in OZ.

The SQ site gives about the same fare for a MEL-SIN on the same dates but identifies that as a less flexible fare and gives you the option of a more flexible fare for a few hundred more.

Anyway - that's what I deal with a real live travel agent for.
