Best use of complimentary Qantas lounge pass? (SYD/LAX/JFK)

Hi,
As someone who has never used any Qantas lounge before, can I get some suggestion of the best lounge to use the complimentary Qantas lounge pass?
I will travel using Qantas from SYD, JFK, and LAX.

I'd prefer to use it in LAX, but it seems that particular lounge is not accessible to be used with complimentary passes.

Nope, definitely cant be used in the LAX lounge.

SYD is the only one of those three that you will be able to use the pass

Just to clarify for hendy, your complimentary pass can only be used at Qantas operated lounges. Generally these are at all Australian airports, and select few international destinations. Usually Qantas also uses affiliated Oneworld lounges at other destinations, such as LAX & JFK.

To use these you'll need to be either QF Gold or higher, or be traveling in business or first class.

The other suggestion, check out the lounge meets areas of this site, there may be others traveling at the same time who may be able to enter you as a "guest"
