Hi Guys,
I'm taking the 1:05 MEL-SIN flight in a few day's time (business class). Last time I was there we were put into the Air NZ lounge due to the SilverKris lounge being upgraded. I didn't think the Air NZ lounge was anything special so was planning on trying out the SilverKris lounge. Is this a wise choice?
Cheers

I'm doing this flight tonight.

I understand the SK Lounge is much, much better than the previous SK Lounge, and better than the NZ Lounge, so I'm heading there tonight - I think its catered by Cafe Vue?

I would expect the NZ Lounge to be like a dom QP and the SK lounge to be like a dom QF J Lounge.

May lounge hop just to have a look at the difference (have *A G).

Can anyone update this thread with recent personal experience?

I have an LM redemption next month flying TG MEL- xBKK- HKG, business class. According to the *A website, my options are NZ, SK or UA lounges from MEL. Flight is leaving at 00:30, so not sure if all will be open.

Last month we flew OZ from SYD and were directed to Koru Lounge by check-in agent, but we fronted up to SK lounge and, after some discussion with lounge dragon, were granted entry.

Only NZ and SQ will be open. SQ is definitely better (very quiet and clean) but neither is brilliant.
