Best site to buy a JAL ticket

I need to buy a business class ticket from SIN to KUL in May, and was wondering what website to use. The JAL site has a $20 cheaper fare than zuji - any other suggestions?

Also, once booked, how do I add my Qantas FF number to the booking? Do I just ring JAL, or can I add it when I check in at the airport.

I bought an economy fare recently through Zuji at a great price (pretty much comparable to the LCC's).

But that was a sale. Didn't find any better places to buy it from.

Note with JAL, check-in opens 2.5 hours before flight. The flights are ok, but at horrible hours.

Last time I booked (although the other way around), I used the Harvey World Travel site which was a touch cheaper than Zuji/Expedia.

Either way, I seem to recall that you could add your FF number as optional information on the passenger detail page.
