Best Priority pass lounge in Vienna?

So family used it.
They approached F Gate lounge but told they had to use G gate lounge as international flight?
Is this correct that you can only use a Gate that is international with Priority pass when you only have international ticket?
A domestic lounge that is recognised as a Priority Pass lounge does not allow access with a International plane ticket?

Vienna Airport is one of my most disliked airports. Having the PP lounge locations before security is a joke. Only redeeming feature is the city to airport connection.
