Best options for SC run to HKG

With 295 SC required to get to WP, I have a double SC offer for HKG flights that expires on May 16 so I plan to do a BNE-HKG return trip within the next 2 weeks. As it is a personal trip, paying for J class is not an option and with only about 25k of FF points JASA may not be an option. I am considering either Economy or PE on the way over and on they way back back the same but using points to upgrade to J. (hate flying o/nite in Economy). With SC's due to expire at end of May this may be the best opportunity to get enough SC's to hit WP. Given the above what are some of the options to maximize SC's on this run without paying J class fare. Have the time to go via Mel or other destinations howver stil want to watch the $$$. Thanks in advance.
