Best options for a one world multi city trip to Eu?

I need to go to London and Munich in Nov. want to fly J and on one world to get SC. Been looking at options on the Internet and can't seem to book only the SYD - LHR and MUC- SYD it either offers LHR - MUC in J or not at all and won't let me book?

So far looked at QF, Cathay and Maylasian. Any flights with these guys will give me approiate SCs correct?

Do I get same points as QF?

Any traps to look out for?

Yes, that is correct, MH, CX and AY (Finnair) will give you full SC, but be careful of the class it's booked in, discount economy especially.
