Best oneworld loune in T3

Just wanted to check best lounge(s) to use in T3.

Flying to WAW for a week next month.

QF 9 in F to LHR and then on BA in J to WAW (and return in reverse).

QF Plat (or WP on here).

What is best lounge in T3 to use?

(1) on way to WAW through LHR?

(2) on way back to MEL through LHR?

BA Galleries F Lounge is about the best of the bunch.

On the way back, if you are flying QF F you can also use the EK Lounge.

I like the CX F lounge, small but quiet. Great noodles and the bubbles were better than the BA F lounge when I was there in nov! Check out the article on ausbt.com.au

Guaranteed not to be the AA Flagship lounge. The Galleries J was better than that one.
