think should have a best deals forum.

For some strange reason, many people believe the rubbish that Webjet & other online agents put out ...

1) that they show all deals (they don't show the biggest USA airline Southwest for a start)

2) many of the best deals aren't online, especially going to USA in peak season.

Have never seen a deal online with Qantas one way to LAX & Fiji Airways back, which is usually much cheaper than the best Qantas or Fiji Airways fare, but only available through travel agents & wholesalers.

Depending upon what you are looking for, I also look at Flyertalk - Premium Fare Deals and LoyaltyLobby have an airfare of the day. They are both more Euro and North America focused.

just noticed Jetstar advertising crazy fares like Perth/Bali for $99 inc taxes
Well, there are lots of Jetstar business class fares for sale this weekend, eg SIN for $499, DPS for $469, etc. from the East Coast. I'd buy one or two myself if I wasn't already committed (not to hospital I might add).

Mel/LAX return for $735 inc taxes. Must be a new low. For Feb/March travel. Bit more out of SYD, BNE & OOL.

what about package deals ? Found one last week, that was same as airline website price for return airfare, but also included $300 worth of ground content & an AU wholesaler. Yes you could go to an advertising site like skyscanner & maybe save $50 if you are game to deal with a travel agent, with an AU phone number, but based in MNL.

As others have already pointed out, we do already have several sections that would be relevant to the threads you want to post, such as:

The last one in particular would be where I would suggest sharing a package deal-type find. All of these forums are found under the Travel Resources category. We also have other forums in specific categories for other promotions, such as:
