Best app for iphone/ipad for offline maps

I thought there was a thread for this but can't find it - looking for an app (happy to pay if it's good) for iPhone and iPad in Europe that can be used offline - any suggestions

Thanks for the Copilot recommendation (I think it was your post that prompted me to try it!) - just used it for 8 days around NZ and it worked flawlessly. Two week free trial of voice guided nav was perfect. Would consider using their paid service if the price wasn't too much.
