Berlin is definitely one of those cities. Was at a bar recently where a pint of beer was €1.25 and a glass of water would have set you back something like €1.80. Absolute cheapest I've seen beer though was 27 cents at my local Aldi. :cool:

A glass of "fresh beer" in Vietnam can be had for less, but it is worth changing over to a bottled alternative (for ~$1) after washing down the dust.
