im pretty sure i also read it has zero Int Transaction fees which replaces the gold NAB debit visa

No such luck, I'm afraid - on the "fees and charges" tab on the Bankwest page for this product, it states:
[h=3]Foreign Transaction Fee[/h]We will charge a fee equal to 2.95% p.a. of the transaction amount for each transaction occurring outside Australia (whether in foreign currency or Australian dollars) posted to your account.


It does say that Bankwest don't charge a fee for withdrawals at overseas ATMs, but I imagine you'd still have to pay any fee charged by the overseas bank the ATM belonged to.
