Hi all;
Just wondering. I managed to get a cheap JQ Mel-Dps on 4/3, and I'm wanting to transit across to KLM Dps-Sin.
Do I require a transit visa (I.e. Go out and check in again), or can I use the transit lounge? (Layover will be roughly 8 hours, carry on only.)

You need to refer to a source such as TIMATIC for the latest information, you'll find a link here to the one by KLM which is easy to use: https://www.klm.com/travel/au_en/prepare_for_travel/travel_planning/travel_clinic/timatic.htm

It appears you are not eligible for a transit without visa in DPS. With a layover of 8 hours, you'd need to check on the time the KLM counters open, I'd suspect around 3 hours or so?
