Agree the stats don't lie, but the item that Red Roo posted was as follows - 'Qantas to take AUSTRALIANS to holiday in Bali this summer'..

You can still go to to Bali on Qantas via SYD. Not that difficult. I went SYD-SIN via PER and vice versa more than a few times. And one time it was SYD-MEL-PER-SIN.

Why fly direct when you can connect? I miss the days where Qantas priced the routing with the connection the same as the direct flight or sometimes even cheaper.
