Balance transfers for existing customers

Do they offer anything or just for when you apply for new card?

I'm an existing customer and they offered me a 0% BT a couple of months ago. Seems the exception to the rule. Worthwhile asking.

I have been offered 0% balance tranfers for 12 months terms and 15 months terms on Low rate credit card the past 3 years or so.

Wish all my credit cards were ANZ.
