Baggage Question

Hi everyone,

My parents brought saver fares before the sabre changeover, before the changeover saver fares didn't include baggage. I rang the guest contact centre to add baggage for them last night and was told by 2 staff that baggage is now include for them, however 2 said it would need to be purchased. So the question is do they really have bags or will I need to ring back to add baggage? (they are both red members)
