Baggage Choked Up in Heathrow

Hi All,

Due to the 787 fire yesterday at Heathrow my TXL-LHR flight was forced to return to TXL and thus departed to late and I missed QF2. I have submitted baggage claim forms and the First Host is doing her best to try and establish what is going on but BA is so overwhelmed at the moment. I have been able to confirm that the bags are at T5. Is there any way I can collect these bags myself? I fly out tomorrow but I am rather desperate to get into my cases.
