Bit bleary eyed this morning but swear I was looking at bag drop machines at BNE for Jetstar?? How long have those been in play??
I was was walking to VA...missed flight as I had checked in but didn't realise the kiosk closed 10 min earlier than counter and was stuffing about trying to get the machine to read my card so I could get a bag tag, which never happened. Anyway they put me on the next flight without charge.
I'm surprised (rightly or wrongly) that JQ would have bag drop tech and VA doesn't.
