As QP member will I be able to use the BA lounge in NICE when flying on BA flight number to LHR?

Unless you're flying with EK, in which case you will have access to the same shared lounge that BA use....

It's seriously awful anyway, and access is very inconvenient. Don't lose sleep over this one! :-)

The lounge ispretty average - i'd wander around the main part of the terminal, then only head through to the "international" section as late as possible.

I wouldnt be arriving early to use the lounge - it's not that great. Poor quality food.

We will be in the same situation this year too...have a BA flight from Nice to LHR. In the past we have been able to use it and I was under the impression that as a Gold QFF/Saphire One world, we still can. Or am I mistaken?

As as QFF Gold/ OWS you will have access. The OP has a purchased Qantas Club membership.

You can (OWS/QFG), Qantas Club can not.

You can always purchase access to the Club Lounge (EUR25): Club lounges / Business travellers / PASSENGER INFO - Aéroport Nice Côte d'Azur : gateway to the mythical French Riviera

I'm not sure which lounge this gives you entry to, but depending on the length of your layover or time before flying, it can be a bit of a haven. The one that we were sent to when flying BA was not too bad. The food is not as extensive as, say in AU domestic in QC (so don't get your hopes up - and not that AU domestic QC is anything to inspire parental post cards). Having said that, it was clean, very un-busy (it was mid-week), and had good views over the airport with a northerly aspect over the neighboring countryside. Overall, I thought it was superior to some of the lounges in US airports.
