Qantas lounge is in the satellite part of Terminal 2.Note there is also a Qantas Club there, although I can't recall which terminal I was in![]()
The passenger can only use the JL, QF or AA lounges if they have OneWorld Sapphire or Emerald status. If lounge access is only available via the BA Club World ticket, then they must use the lounge directed by BA.
Ah yes. You are correct and my information was incorrect. A business class boarding pass for a BA departure does entitle access to any OneWorld business class lounge at the departure airport.Travelling business class on a OW carrier, the passenger can use any OW lounge , same as for a OWS/OWE member other than not entitled to take a guest

If I'm a OW Sapphire/QFGold travelling Jetstar in starclass ex NRT can I use the JL lounge in the main terminal instead of the QP in the satellite terminal?
If not, if I was flying QF could I or would I have to be in J?
As already noted, flying Jetstar you do not have access to JL lounges. But if flying with Qantas or any other OneWorld airline you do have access to any OneWorld business class lounge including JL and QF.If I'm a OW Sapphire/QFGold travelling Jetstar in starclass ex NRT can I use the JL lounge in the main terminal instead of the QP in the satellite terminal?
If not, if I was flying QF could I or would I have to be in J?
As a business class passenger travelling on a OneWorld airline (BA), the OP is able to use the AA lounge. The BA arrangement with AA is part of the OneWorld Lounge Access agreement and is available to all business and first class passengers of all OneWorld airlines and permits access to any OneWorld business or first class lounge (depending on the cabin for which you hold a boarding pass).See if BA has an arrangement with AA, the AA lounge is wonderful, I was unimpressed with Qantas Club.
