G'day,
This afternoon I had to call velocity. Probably not the correct department to deal with my issue.
Virgin changed my flights for a family holiday to the Gold Coast from Perth in the July school holidays.
This was made all the more difficult as I booked my niece after I booked my families tickets.
The new flights we were given were going to see us in on the Gold Coast really late at night.
So I called velocity to try and get some joy. Well I spoke to a lady called Sabrina Gamino, what a joy! So friendly and helpfull I was amazed! Even with the complexity and me changing my mind a couple of times it all got sorted out! I even got to use my 4 upgrades on the return flight on the airbus.
I left feedback on the velocity site but I would really appreciate someone recognising Sabrina for a job well done!
Since moving all my travel from the other airline I have nothing bad to say about Virgin. The product just keeps getting better! Although there are still some issues with sabre, I personally have not had any major issues.
Please pass on my thanks to Sabrina for her patience today and professional service.
