Award flights NYC to Europe

Hi, anyone have any idea why the QF Classic Award site won't alllow bookings from NYC to anywhere in Europe, Asia or even the Americas?

Either there is no availability on the chosen dates or your enquiry is not properly structured. For example there are awards from JFK-CDG on 7/8/2014 on BA, IB and AA in Y, J and F. If the problem continue please provide dates, routes required and I'm sure you'll get plenty of help.

If you tick the little box in the top right hand corner of the window which says Show Classic Award cities, hundreds of cities around the world will appear in the list for you to book and fly to.
