Are the only options for redeeming awards flights between SYD and LHR is using a VA and/or EY? This is what the VA website offers up but I was wondering if VA awards on SQ to LHR were an option too, albeit via the call centre.

SQ is available by calling.

Only VA codeshare flights operated by EY to LON are offered online, but you can call and book the EY flights on the phone as better availability.
