I have been using the QFF award search engine and KVS and am baffled. I am looking at OW award availability into HKG around Easter.

On April 6, there's availability on for SYD-PVG (via HKG) on both CX110 and CX162 in C and Y for the SYD-HKG legs, with HKG-PVG on KA.
Can find this on QFF and KVS.

No availability for SYD-HKG on same date?

I'm actually looking to go HKG then onwards elsewhere on KA so need to be able to book just the SYD-HKG bit without the PVG (C would be great too).

Any ideas?

Many thanks in advance!

El.

How about MH Syd-Kul-Hkg? You will need to ring QF for availability...

Thanks for the response kpc! There's a thought though I was trying to minimise sectors and a little keen on the possibility of getting CX C. I'll likely be booking through AA rather than QFF but CX doesn't appear on AA online search tool so I'll be ringing them too.

I'm actually looking to fly BNE - KTM, availability HKG-KTM (via Dhaka) pretty good. Trying to not make it too many segments... it's not like I'll get any miles for it. There's also the question of whether my mother will have a heart attack if I fly MH... No need to mention that too her...

Way back looking at KTM-(DAC)-HKG-BNE all in C on CX- wishing there was a similar itinerary still available on the way over!

Actually having a further look at KVS, BNE-KUL-KTM looks pretty good... then back CX... :)
Now just to convince the mother...
