After driving past the Aviation Heritage Museum of Western Australia in Bullcreek for the last 20 years, I finally decided to visit and was delighted to find a photo of my father in the display on RAAF crew on Sunderland Flying boats stationed in Mount Batten- Plymouth in WW2.

There is a lot to see from a restored PBY-5A Catalina, a magnificent Avro Lancaster, Spitfire, Douglas C47 Dakota to a Huey Iroquois helicopter.

Run by volunteers - I recommend it for an afternoon out.

I agree that it's a good little museum. I have flown the Huey that's there though they wouldn't let me start it for them.
