SYD-SIN SQ J return for 1 = 95k miles * 0.015 = USD$1,425 + $50 booking fee - seems pretty good for a last minute decision trip (i.e. < 14 days)

bettter value might be something like SIN-DEL SQ R one way for 1 = 55k miles = $825 particularly with a TPR visit and Suites.

now to find some annual leave to enjoy it!

Also the T&C's of "Maximum transfer miles per member per year: LM 150.000. (Includes promotional transfer miles bonuses)" makes me think this is an opportunity for them (and us) to buy more LM every year (besides the work around of a redemption ticket and then cancellation)

according to my calculations, you could end up with:

From personal experience tonight, the actual restriction is you cannot transfer more than 75K points (150K after bonus) out of any one account and still get the promo bonus.

This is my first time utilizing the transfer offer, and I botched it up
I transferred 50k miles to my brothers account, hoping to transfer 48k back (netting him 52k miles, and me 46k miles) but didn't note the limit of 75k miles transfer between any 2 accounts!
The maximum transfer back was 24k (weird, as I thought it should have been 25k), leaving him with 76k, and me 2k miles out of pocket!!

Can he transfer 12k to a 3rd account, and then that 3rd account holder transfer 24k onto me?

any help much appreciated before the transfer window closes!
