What are the setting for getting automatically logged out?

I just "penned" a lengthy reply, only to be "rudely interrupted" by having to do some actual work at work (lol).

Hit reply to be found I had been logged out. Of course my reply was gone.

When you login, just tick the "remember me?" button below the login and you will not get logged out in that session of usage.

Hmmm, maybe I didn't check the box (I was on one of the work PCs after all, and we're not always at the same workstation).

I knew there was a setting for it in the backend of vBulletin (from adminning other sites) but didn't realise that checking it keeps you from getting bumped.

You live and learn!

Thanks
