Aus $ to Yen

hi,

Traveling to Japan.
Trying to determine where is the best location to change Aus $ to Yen.

Compared exchange rates at Travelex or several banks, and the banks seems to be better...
Would i get a better deal in Japan? In banks or Post office there.
Also, notice that i can use ATM card to get cash from 7 Elevens ATMs. how is the rate there?

Take enough cash for a couple of days, use the credit card for major items (hotels, dept stores, JR), get cash from post office or Citibank ATM's when needed. Let your bank know you're overseas.
Get cash before going to smaller towns or villages.
