Attempted Fraud Call - Be Careful

It probably had nothing to do with the Qantas hack. Today I was notified of one of my email addresses and password have appeared on the dark web. I only use the password on AFF, Cruise critic from which I am suspended at present and Flyertalk where I last posted a year ago. One of them has been hacked.
Maybe/ Maybe not I work in the industry, deal with phishing and all that other security stuff people send me on daily basis. As at today and to the best of my knowledge no real or important info has been leaked, changing my name and avatar on this site is just a self precaution. In the end if someone wanted to pursue or search I am sure all road will lead back to Rome. Also we have caught up in the past so what ever I post you will know how it came from.

I will just chime in and say I have written to on of the mods to change my name. Although QF apparently did not leak my details and it was all protected I am finding posts on sites from me which I did not author. I am still tracking CC activity.
Pleased to meet you, Mr Count 🤭 - at least I still recognise your avatar!

Ah that explains another change I noticed today from you. Good luck.

One would think people scammers would pick on the name, but then again ‘Seymour Butts’ only became famous after he aired on the Simpsons.

Edit I will just add, I thought my AKA was clever, one of my friends posts under the name ‘Vietong, Luis’ I had to give it to her and is quite good.
