Asia miles/ Cathay

Any recent experience using asia Miles? I know HK has problems but I can get no service from Asia Miles. Searches all show no seats available. The Chat Line gives no response, just we are getting high levels of enquiry. How can you use miles with Asia Miles in these times? I looking for seats out into 2023.

I cashed out my 300k AM for gift cards and a few electronics last year. I didn't (and still don't) have much confidence they will be around if you were to make a reward booking for a longer time in the future.
