Gassing someone for smoking is perhaps further than even I would go.

Well, technically, they're already gassing themselves....

And I think the fuselage of an airliner is a tad too smooth to make keelhauling effective. Not enough barnacles...

But at 35-40,000 feet, barnacles may not be necessary.
