ASA post incorrectly as a Classic Award QF

I logged on tonight and noticed that my recent SYD-MEL-HKG has posted incorrectly as a Classic Award/ zero points and SC's at least for the first SYD-MEL sector which is the only one which has posted yet.
Wouldn't normally be of note except that this booking was made online long before the removal of the online booking facility for ASA's
Hopefully it's not going to be a regular occurrence.
I will make a call to the Platinum desk tomorrow and chase up the points and SC's owed

They didn't unfortunately. I called the platinum desk today and they were manually credited for both myself and mini-me (160 SC each plus points). The agent couldn't explain why they had posted as Classic Awards as he could clearly see they were ASA's in J.
On the upside it appears that NB mini-me's points have posted identical to mine

That's good that all ends well, it's just a pity that things which should be simple and straight forward can sometimes be APIA
