I am arriving into LHR T3 in C class at 635AM on QF1 and have booked an Aerlingus flight departing from T2 at 950AM. As I have 2 PNRs do I have time to clear customs and immigration and check in in T2 for the flight? The next flight is 245PM which is why I am hoping I can get onto this earlier flight.

Most people on here would probably say that less than 3 hours is a risk when not transiting in the same terminal, but on the same PNR. As you are on separate PNRs I expect you will have to go through immigration, collect bags, change terminals (although they are connected under ground), checkin and get back through security, which given both QF1's on time record and LHR "efficiency" is a significant risk.

The MCT for that is 1:30 so theoretically you should be fine. T3 and T2 are a brisk walk apart.

Looking at FR24, QF1 has arrived late a few times recently. Although it looks like around 60% of time time it lands on or close to schedule.
The late ones, have been 8:30, 9:00am ish, which would be a definite misconnect for your scenario.
