Arriving at LHR - Transfer from T4 to T3 landside?

Hi All!

Well I managed to book myself a flight using my QF FF points to LHR However LHR is not my final destination, so I will be arriving at LHR T4 and then have booked a separate flight outside of the UK with SAS departing from T3.

As these flights can't be linked I will have to collect my bags in LHR and I assume pass through immigration/customs before going to T3 to check in for the europe flight?

If arriving at T4 at 5:55am and departing T3 at 9:20am would that be enough time to clear customs/immigration and get to T3.

Also is there any easy way to transfer from T4 to T3 when landside, I have used the airside transfer but it will not be an option this time.

3.5 hours is plenty of time. To connect to T3, go to the Heathrow Express station and hop on a train. Travel between T4 and T123 is free and has a journey time of 5-8 minutes
