Just noticed that Mrs G has more than the required SC's for PS, but her summary says she has has only flown one eligible flight so is still bronze. Her activity statement shows three "Qantas and Jetstar any seat awards" but these don't have the squiggle she needs.

My understanding was that classic awards weren't eligible flight segments for status purpose, but that ASA's were. Are these JQ flights a different type of ASA or is it worth following up with QF?

ASA's should count. I know QF ones get a ~. But if they're JQ maybe it's different, maybe it's a glitch. Give them a call
