Are eupgrades crediting supposed to take so long?

Hello!
50k status which prompted me to get 20 new ecredits for the calendar year. I selected my benefits 2 days ago which should give me another 20 and it says it takes ~24 hours. Still hasn't hit my account (only see the ones dated earlier this jan). Do they normally take so long? Wanted to use them immediately on something but find myself just checking multiple times in a day.
Anybody have experience? Thanks!

Took almost 3 days. You would think a feature like this should be automatic...
