I can't help too much.

I've had Columbus Direct for over ten years now (I buy couple, worldwide, multi-trip annual policies). I have always found them to be the best priced (even before the 10% discounts I used to get and now the 20% discount I get) for the coverage offered.

My problem (what a joyous, truly first-world, one to have) is that I have never had to claim from them so I don't know about their performance from that side of things.

Hi, I am a new gold memeber looking to purchase comprehensive insurance for my 19 and 24 year old kids travelling to Europe in June, the 20% discount for gold memebers makes this insurance very well priced. There are a few reviews, good and bad around, but nothing recent. Does anyone have any comments, I have to say that to be associated with this community I would hope they would be good to deal with if needed. Thanks
