I purchased ( stupidly ) some Qantas flights on my NAB Amex - $ 7,255.
5,000 points posted for the monthly cap and the bonus point tally said $ 7,255 with a Monthly TOTAL POINTS of 12,255
HOWEVER there were 2 credits to my QFF account
NAB POINTS 5,000
NAB BONUS POINTS 898 ??
How does this work ?
Am I entitled to the BONUS points in addition to the monthly cap of 5,000 points or are they simply "GONE" even though the statement says 12,255 points
I've tried to clarify in the T & C's but can't find an answer.
Was going to ring them but would be nice to have an idea from the "oracles"
