Are any Melbourne International lounges open all night

Friend has a flight arriving at 11pm and then leaving on Jetstar at 6am - I think they should just go to the Ibis but they want to stay in the airport - Qantas opens at 4.15 but wondered if there is another option -can't see a Priority Pass or Amex lounge there

Not that I am aware of. The terminal is open 24 hours and is not hard to find empty spaces in those hours, and then enter QF at 4:15. But I'd agree - stay in a hotel!
