I now have the 20,000+, with no transfer option either.

yep null null here. Had a quick look at how to change the account manager or something. nothing obvious.

Same, there is nothing we can do to change that. All people registered on the account are in as Admin, but none of them given the option now to convert points. Not really good enough, is it.

Can't get rid of that Null Null as it comes up with a circle and cross through it. This is in the Business Page and not the User profile

Ok. Enough of the good timing transfers :(. :p. I tried doing mine less than 24 hours after and can't.

Read our AFF credit card guides and start earning more points now.

I got my bonus points, but no points for the original transaction. Weird. Will have to go through the account summary in more detail and make sure everything incl flights have posted properly.

Same here,I had written to Staples and received a great reply and they were going to report to Aquire....obviously they did as I got bonus....but no Staples points

It's pretty obvious now the disabled transfer is due to folks (including me) getting the bonus 10k erroneously posted twice.

Just got this on my statement:
POINTS CORRECTION DUE TO SYSTEM ERROR -10,000

Damn, wish I was faster on the transfer.

Seems like the convert option is back so I quickly converted my 20,008 points and moments later they were in my QFF account

Wonder what happens if you've already transferred them?
