Anyone have trouble to log-in QFF today?

Was working ok for me today after not working this morning but now I have no bookings in the My Bookings section
 
I have not had any issues the past 2-3 days using Internet Explorer.

Strange how some people are OK yet others having issues.

probably browser based - I am using chrome on an iPad.Safari on the iPad not working either - about to go and try chrome and explorer on my desk top.....

Good theory but that didn't work either so I am currently down 5 bookings - hope they come back soon. Seriously when I was working for TAA and Qantas in the dark ages all hell would have broken out if this had happened...
 
Went and had a look at Dr FM's account and all her booking are still there, so it is definitely not browser dependent- screwed up database or broken links possibly - who knows - I just wanted to do seat selection at T-80 - guess that isn't going to happen.
 
Qantas advise this is a known error and they are working on a fix......

I had to check the 'Veiwing Tips' which is right at the bottom of the screen, there was only one green tick so I emptied my cache/cookies etc and that fixed it.

Don't know if it might work for you but worth a shot.

Thanks for the idea - just tried it, but it didn't fix it....
 
Bought a gift voucher a couple of hours ago and still waiting for it to work. Rang help desk and the agent was quite surprised at the delay. It has been escalated due to it being a 'known IT bug'. Hmmm.
