Does anyone have any suggestions or contact details for Cathay?
I have a booking that has been created but needs to be reticketed/issuing.
Repeated calls to the contact centre and live chat channels have not been successful (including escalations to their supervisors) on all occasions I’ve been assured after 72hours it will be ticketed. Now it’s nearly approaching two weeks since the issue emerged. I have also created a customer care case reference and they’ve advised me it’s been flagged as urgent, again radio silence and upon checking bookings in the Cathay app- still not ticketed successfully.
