I'm past the 60 days since an online purchase with Kogan, has anyone experienced long delays waiting for the points to hit their account?

I emailed Kogan last Friday and haven't had a reply yet - getting a tad annoyed.

Well a quick update - I have now received about half of the points due from Kogan from one transaction, and I have to chase them up for another transaction that is now past the 60 days as well... it is becoming a joke.

Was this a purchase direct with Kogan or via Qantas Shopping link to Kogan ? I regularly use Qantas Shopping and often have to chase up missing points from a variety of retailers linked through Qantas Shopping. No surprises that Kogan direct throws up similar frustrations.

Direct with Kogan. So far getting the points from Kogan is a dribs and drabs job - the offer at the time was 5 points per dollar spent - supposed to be received within 60 days after purchase.
- after chasing them up after 60 days had gone by I initially received one point per $2 spent
- chased them again and then received another 2 points per dollar spent
- have chased them yet again on Monday for the remaining 2.5 points per dollar + the points from another purchase that has since gone past the sixty days with no points received.
- getting a tad fed up with it...
