Anyone else having problems booking flights on the QF site?

I've been trying to book some international flights on the Qantas site but I'm just getting errors. Anyone else having the same problems?

I booked an international flight Thursday and had to go through twice. Got a confirmation on screen but am yet to receive my eticket. I rang and the guy was really rude and just told me to wait a few days

As you know, there has been a recent update to qantas.com. We're not aware of any system issues at this time. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

This seems unusual, and I'm sorry to hear that my colleague was less than helpful on this occasion!

That's just standard tech assistance advice. A number of people here have had problems with the site. It's the update that's the problem!!

I appreciate this is a common response to such errors, however it has been an effective resolution method for most. Should the OP have a specific example of their error, I'd be happy to review it.

I was looking at using points for a classic award either to or from Bangkok. In the case of starting in Bangkok, I had to take my credit card to an address in downtown "The Big Mango" within 2 days of booking. They had me a located in BKK. The flights from MEL were not really available unless you want to go Jetstar. The other offerings were preposterous. Many of the business offerings flew me to Sydney but the flight from there to BKK would be in economy. Pretty insulting. Not much point in staying in, particularly for Melburnians. SQANTAS it is.

I can't book BNE-AMS-LHR-BNE on the website, wondering if the change of the BA relationship might be the issue?
Interestingly quite good J fares BNE-LHR showing for the dates I want as well.
Might have to call tomorrow if the problem persists.
Anyone else had similar issues?
