Anyone else had an overseas speeding fine arrive in the mail?

I've had a few. Parking fine in the UK, paid it. Bus lane fine in the UK, paid it. Speeding fine in France (48 in a 40 road works zone) - decided not to pay this one. Now the rental car company had my credit card details of course, so I guess it's a matter of the French authorities chasing them up. Now I did read that literally thousands of unpaid fines had been racked up in France, so I guess I'm adding another to the list.

I got a letter from Avis saying they had received a fine for me not paying the toll on the Dartford Bridge in the UK.
The letter stated that they’d paid the fine but we’re not going to bill me!
I think it wasn’t worth their hassle to recoup the £4 fine.

I got a London Congestion Charge fine back in October of GBP90 (with Avis' GBP30 fee on top). I was able to prove that I had paid the GBP15 fee within the 3 days required but it took months of back and forth with TFL.
In February TFL finally conceded, actually apologised(!) and agreed to refund...Avis as they are what is known as the 'Registered Keeper' of the vehicle. Avis has not yet agreed to refund me as TFL's letter to them did not reference the Penalty Charge Notice number but used the case reference instead. Absolute scam.

Got one once from a hire mob in Melbourne. The annoying bit was that it was run up by one of their staff bringing the car over from another depot, and before I got it. They reversed it, but it was a pain getting them to admit that it can’t have been me as it was 30 minutes or so before they handed the car over.
