I've had all sorts of problems getting into my QBR account since Monday of last week - QBR customer service in Manila have tried all sorts of resets and reactivations etc but nothing they try is working - am I the only one or ?

Yeah, it wasn't working for me in my iPad using Safari but was able to get in using Firefox. I probably need to clear cookies etc.

Just tried the PC and couldn't get in on Firefox, but worked with Chrome (got the 2FA text). Probably need to clear cookies on Firefox...

I normally use Chrome, have also tried Firefox and Edge - nothing is working, they send me activation links - they don't work - after more than a week without access its getting a bit annoying!

Do you see your QBR points balance when you login into your primary account? If you do, that’s presumably a sign that they’re still correctly linked.

I usually login into QBR via that dashboard rather than trying to go to QBR directly.

It was linked up until yesterday but it wouldn't let me open my QBR there without entering a password - and it wouldn't accept my password - and wouldn't let me change my password. Then the call centre tried to do a whole new activation yesterday and now it isn't even linked and I still can't access it or change my password - so I'm still nowhere closer to getting back into the account...

I've raised a customer contact thing through the QF website now saying that I have been locked out of QBR for nine days now and that the Manila QBR call centre haven't been able to resolve it so could they please get someone else onto it - haven't had a response yet.

You can add/check QBR linking via your personal account.

Go to My Account \ Profile \ Connect Business Rewards

It also pays NOT to get your browser to store / remember the QBR login (email address) and Password. I found early on that my browser would try and login with bits of my personal account and then stuff up logging into my personal account…

I had real trouble earlier in the week. Seemed to be solved by not capitalising first letter of email login (took 3 calls to get this advice)

Just had a go at that but no luck - it wants me to enter a password but it won't accept my password and says that there is a problem with my account and that I need to ring the QBR call centre - but they haven't been able to fix the problem in the last nine days...

I'm getting a bit peeved at the lack of any successful help from Qantas...

my email login is all lower case, the problem is that the system seems to have lost my password and has locked me out.

Just a quick update - I'm going round and round in circles trying to sort this out - every time I speak to someone at Qantas in Australia about it they handball me to someone in Manila - and everyone in Manila only knows one trick and that is to send me a new activation link - which fails every time. It just seems like groundhog day at the moment...

Well it is now more than 60 days since I have been unable to get into my QBR account, I haven't received the email with the QBR double points offer, and being a Level 2 or Tier 2 or whatever it is QBR member I want to be able to make bookings with the appropriate discounts. The QBR team in Manila still haven't been able to resolve the problem and so I think that I need to get some Australian-based help. The Hobart premium call centre haven't been able to help, and I haven't been able to find any other numbers or emails etc for anyone in Australia that might be able to help so in desperation I am at the point where I am going have to post on Qantas's social media page and ask them for some help - is this the best facebook page to ask Qantas for help on?

Mine is far more cactus than that - Manila have sent me all sorts of different resets and nothing works!

My QBR *always* takes two login attempts - even with the correct password. It’s been like that for years…

Finally... after two months of Qantas trying to get me back into my QBR account after the Cyber attack I am back in - of all the people in Qantas that have been contacted about this it was the social media team that pointed me to someone that finally got me in.

So if you ever have difficulty getting into your account -

Go to https://www.qantas.com/au/en/support/contact-us/frequent-flyer-membership.html

Scroll a fair way down to the Enquire form

In the Nature of Enquiry field scroll all the way to the bottom to Qantas Business Rewards and select that.

Then explain the nature of your problem, and make sure that you include your email and ABN. I got a new link that actually worked to reactivate my account and set a new password etc - and my old information was still in the account - travellers, Level, etc etc.

It has only taken 60 days... but...

Glad you got back in!

I must admit, the QBR helpdesk are the “Second 11” (possibly 3rd).. Two weeks ago, I was bounced around trying to get some flights properly credited. So far no joy.

Just be wary when logging in moving forward. As mentioned earlier, I routinely have to enter my login details twice. It’s tempting to click “Password reset” but don’t. If the credentials are wrong, it tells you - so if you get a clean 2nd login screen (no error), just re-enter your details and it ought to get in 2nd time.

Interesting! I haven’t come across this before. When I tried logging in to my QBR earlier, the same thing happened and I had to log in twice to get in. Possibly a security update on their end?

Probably something like that. If you clear cache/cookies, you’ll get prompted for 2FA (text code) but not again.

It’s been this way for me since I signed up in 2019. There was a time it worked properly but more often than not I get the alternate 2FA! ie login twice…
