I've given up on Qantas status. I rarely travel internationally with them anymore and currently not prepared to go through Middle East. So hello OneWorld. With TK. But this is for a cruise. I am very close to getting a status on Princess to Platinum and with another two cruises planned then to Elite. We have a big cruise coming up next year and doing a very cheapie 2 nighter in Australia to get to that extra status needed. Drinks etc. So I've booked it. Any one else done similar? Princess status is so easy to do so cheaply. One day they will change it.
