We just book tickets with jetstar to thailand, 2 adults and 1 infant. Am flying into bangk and flying home from coughet. We are now wanting to change and fly into coughet. The ticket prices are the same. The tickets are non refundable and can make date, time changes but not route changes. I called today to ask and they were nice enough but said no. So i was thinking of trying again and hoping someone might have any adviceor tips . We booked 2 days ago

lily,

Welcome to AFF.

I think you summed it up yourself. The tickets are not changeable.

The only thing you could do is ring back, plead ignorance and say you accidentally booked to the wrong place.

Unfortunately you've probably picked the worst airline to attempt to seek compassion and a waiving of rules from.

Jetstar are known for sticking to the letter of the law, so on this occasion you're probably right out of luck and your cheapest option would be to purchase a side ticket to meet the current flights.
