Are we just lucky or has this happened before...??
My wife and I were flying from LAS-LAX on AA. We were asked to recheck at the service desk and were given First Class boarding passes. The flight was completely full.
Both she and I are QF-WP. In total there were 3 upgrades (2 of us) and another person who I saw was Exec Plat on AA.
I guess AA upgrades OWE ahead of their own AA Plats.
