Was having a look at this card, and was wondering if it makes sense for getting this card at current rate of 149$?

are there ever offers that open up for this card?

IMO, the changes just announced to the earn rate on this card render it almost completely worthless now.

Luckily i didnt go ahead and sign up. Citibank just shot themselves in the foot in many aspects for their rewards program.
